At Baulchin, we want to ensure your wide-brim hat arrives safely and swiftly. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1-5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: dependent on country of destination

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $220 AUD. 

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your hat's journey right to your doorstep.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make changes, contact us at hello@baulchin.com as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to modify delivery details.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
