What makes Baulchin hats unique?
Our hats are the first of its kind, designed with our signature scuba milk silk fabric that lends a distinctive, architectural quality to our designs. The hats hold their shape beautifully while remaining lightweight and comfortable. This innovative material allows for a seamless fusion thoughtful refinement and endless versatility. What materials are Baulchin hats made of?
Our hats are crafted from a high-quality milk silk scuba fabric that covers a polymer base to create our signature hat. The premium material has been carefully selected to ensure durability, comfort, and a luxurious finish.
How do I choose the right size hat?
As a new and first of its kind brand to the market, we currently only offer size 58-59cm. To help you find the perfect fit, simply measure the circumference of your head about an inch above your eyebrows. If size ~58-59cm doesn't sit quite right, we have hat inserts that can adjust the circumference of the hat. Hopefully as our business grows we can start offering more sizing options!
How do I care for my Baulchin hat?
To maintain your hat's quality:
- Store the hat in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. It is recommended you keep the hat in it's original hat box packaging.
- Brush dust lightly with a super soft-bristle brush.
- Spot-clean with a damp cloth or use a professional hat cleaner for stubborn stains.
- Avoid exposing your hat to excessive moisture.
Do you offer customisation options?
Not yet, but this is in the works! We are hoping to soon offer personalisation to your hat with unique trims, monograms, and/or colour options. Contact our Customer Support team (hello@baulchin.com) for more details or suggestions.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, for unused hats in their original condition and original packaging. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Support team (hello@baulchin.com) to initiate a return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Kindly note that return postage costs are the customer's responsibility, and all shipping fees related to your order are non-refundable.
